Big and bright rooms with a bathtub, wooden floors, as example, superfriendly staff. Location short walk to the " messe ", the old city also around 20 minutes and public transport😃❤

Everything was spot on.

Convenient location, close to U-Bahn station. Breakfast is quite good. Hotel does not have a bar, however there is an outside terrace where you can sit and drink your own drinks.

According to the listing on Booked.net, the hotel accepts Amex cards. However on arrival I was told that the Amex facility was "broken" and I must use an alternative card. Curiously though the Amex logos on the reception counter were covered up with stickers - would they have gone to that trouble if it was just a temporary fault? Why mislead customers in this way? Just say that they only accept VISA and MasterCard. I have experienced this elsewhere in Europe, advertising that places accept Amex but saying that "the machine is broken" when you try to pay seems a fairly common trick. Shower in my room was broken - the hotel did fix it, but why was that not picked up before I checked in? Hotel in general is "tired" - decor a bit shabby etc, could do with refurbishment. No air conditioning - room was very hot in summer. I would not stay there again.

The location of Trip Inn Hotel Messe Westend was excellent for attending the nearby expo, with just a short 5-minute walk. There was a great Indian restaurant nearby, and I was pleasantly surprised to find free public parking 

Our stay at this hotel was pleasant. The hotel was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and extra blankets and pillows were provided when requested. The staff was helpful and courteous. The breakfast was 

The staff were very frindly and helpfull. The location was perfect in a very guiet area and just a 10 minutes walk from the city center. Free parking is posible just outside the hotel. Good breakfeast. We will defintely stay here 

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect for me, as it was within walking distance from the train station and nestled in a quiet residential area. The neighborhood was beautiful
